Valerie Garcia
Following the 2020 announcements of Colorado Super Lawyers®, Valerie Garcia was quoted in the recent Law Week Colorado edition, “Superb.” Garcia was recognized by Colorado Super Lawyers® for Construction Litigation and selected for this year’s Top 50 Women and Top 100 Lawyers lists. In the article “Top Women Lawyers Note Progress in Legal Profession,” Garcia discusses the strides women have made in the legal profession and the importance of female mentorship. Garcia currently serves as the Midwest Regional Chair for the Women’s Construction Litigation Alliance and participates in Hall & Evans’ robust Women’s Initiative, which is a forum for both networking and group marketing by our female attorneys.
Garcia also weighed in on “Changes to Litigation From 100-Year Virus Still Unfolding,” discussing the effects the COVID-19 virus has had on the legal sector, specifically on construction litigation with an increase in mechanics liens.
