Tom Singer recently spoke at Medmarc’s 35th Annual Medical Device Seminar in Palm Coast, FL. The Annual Seminar provided an opportunity for medical device manufacturers, insurance professionals, and defense attorneys to join forces, discuss medical products liability claims, and learn how to most effectively defend them.
Tom’s presentation, “When Honesty and Loyalty Collide: Managing Relationships in Difficult Situations,” explored the ways in which ethics intertwine with the workplace and measures individuals and employers can take to establish ethical work environments.
