Theresa Lane

Theresa Lane is a litigation paralegal with over 10 years of experience. Ms. Lane handles a wide swath of disciplines, including fraud, complex first and third-party coverage issues, personal injury, product liability, bad faith/unfair dealing, construction defect/CDARA claims, and aviation litigation. She assists with preliminary case fact-gathering, background checks, investigation, collection, and analysis and of factual evidence relevant to each case. Ms. Lane also prepares medical chronologies, assembles deposition and trial exhibits, drafts pleadings and disclosures, and maintains overall document and case management.
