Narene Montoya

Narene Montoya has over 30 years of paralegal experience in the legal field in multiple areas of litigation, including insurance defense, bad faith, personal injury, transportation, casualty, employment, workers’ compensation, and commercial litigation. Narene drafts pleadings and assists in all aspects of discovery, including identification of documents, document production, processing and organizing records requests and authorizations. She also reviews and analyzes medical documents to prepare medical and damage summaries. Narene supports attorneys at trial by preparing jury instructions, witness and exhibit lists, and assisting with voir dire and trial notebooks. She has significant trial experience in Arkansas and Oklahoma and currently works on matters in New Mexico.
