Katy Feldt

Katy Feldt assists with complex construction defect litigation in both state and federal courts. Ms. Feldt is also experienced with medical malpractice and workers’ compensation matters.  She is involved with all aspects of litigation support including legal research, factual investigation, deposition summarization, medical records review, document management, and trial preparation.  Ms. Feldt also drafts communication, pleadings, discovery responses, and requests; prepares disclosures; and oversees document production.
