Jaclyn Laferriere is a litigation attorney with a practice that focuses on transportation defense and general insurance defense.  Jaclyn represents national railroads facing Federal Employers’ Liability Act and Federal Railroad Safety Act claims, grade crossing accidents, OSHA investigations, toxic torts, and whistleblower complaints.  She is also experienced with matters involving medical malpractice, wrongful death, bad faith, and premises liability.
