Harvey Gruber has over 25 years of experience defending individuals and businesses. Since joining Hall & Evans, Mr. Gruber has immersed himself in premises liability law and transportation law cases.
Before joining Hall & Evans, Mr. Gruber was a partner and managed a small firm in Henderson and Las Vegas, Nevada, handling criminal defense, personal injury, state bar disciplinary actions, and a smattering of family law. Previously, Mr. Gruber was a member of the Nevada State Bar’s Client Security Fund Committee from 2010-2019. At the time Mr. Gruber left the Committee he was serving as the Committee’s Vice Chair. He also served on the State Bar’s Southern Nevada Disciplinary Panel for 3 years from 2016-2019.

- Mr. Gruber and his wife, Joyce, enjoy traveling. Now that both of their sons have moved out of Nevada, they will be visiting Minneapolis (older son, Nicholas) and Washington, DC (younger son, Scott) frequently. He also loves to play golf (poorly) and gets joy from raising their rescue dogs.
