He represents airlines, ski resorts, construction contractors, bike manufacturers, binding and snowboard manufacturers, equipment and industrial product manufacturers, insurance companies, and individuals in large and complex litigation.

Gainer is actively involved in ski area and recreational provider risk management, operations and accident investigation issues including speaking at National Ski Area Association meetings, ski areas, and Utah Guide and Outfitter events.
