Christopher T. Brousseau

Christopher T. Brousseau concentrates his practice on civil litigation matters involving premises liability. With over two decades of prosecutorial experience, Mr. Brousseau is a talented litigator, having tried over 150 cases to jury verdict.

Prior to joining Hall & Evans, Mr. Brousseau served as Chief Deputy District Attorney with the First Judicial District Attorney’s Office in Jefferson and Gilpin Counties, Colorado. Mr. Brousseau prosecuted charges of first-degree murder, sexual assault, and drug trafficking while supervising the prosecution unit for Gilpin County. He was a member of the Special Victim’s Unit and liaison to West Metro Drug Task Force. Mr. Brousseau frequently led trainings for law enforcement, the Colorado District Attorneys’ Council, and within the District Attorney’s Office. Mr. Brousseau also served as a Deputy District Attorney with the Eighteenth Judicial District handling felony and misdemeanor cases in Arapahoe and Douglas Counties.
