Cari E. Neill
Counsel
Cari Neill’s civil litigation practice focuses on insurance defense, transportation, construction, and premises liability, as well as railroad law and environmental/toxic tort law.
Prior to joining Hall & Evans, Ms. Neill practiced elder law including housing, consumer law, public benefits, Real ID, and advance directives. She also practiced insurance defense at a small firm in in Albuquerque, NM, where she focused on construction defect and trucking accidents.
While attending the University of New Mexico Law School, Ms. Neill served as an extern with the New Mexico Environmental Department, was a legal researcher with the Utton Transboundary Resources Center, and an intern for a non-profit environmental organization. She also was the Co-Editor of the Tribal Law Journal Symposium and President of the Environmental Law Society, and was the only student in her class to receive both the Natural Resources/Environmental Law and Indian Law certificates.
