Steve Hamilton recently moderated a panel for the ALFA International Product Liability & Complex Torts seminar in San Diego, California. The 2022 seminar was in-person, and industry leaders discussed transformations in their businesses that are propelling them into the future.
Steve’s panel titled, “COVID Schooled Us: Lessons Learned and New Strategies Devised from Managing Through the Pandemic,” discussed business and legal practices that different industries employed during the COVID pandemic and other crises that make sense for the current world. In this “Jeopardy” style panel, Steve, along with in-house counsel in three varied businesses, explored the changes that have emerged and their effect on businesses.
