Gainer M. Waldbillig
We are pleased to announce that Gainer M. Waldbillig has joined Hall & Evans, LLC as Of Counsel. Mr. Waldbillig brings decades of experience to our Salt Lake City, Utah office.
Mr. Waldbillig concentrates in commercial and personal injury litigation, including aviation, transportation, recreational and ski injury, premise liability, product liability, medical device, and construction defect litigation. He is actively involved in ski area and recreational provider risk management, operations, and accident investigation issues including speaking at National Ski Area Association meetings, ski areas, and Utah Guide and Outfitter events. Before joining Hall & Evans, Mr. Waldbillig was previously with W|Law, P.C. in Salt Lake City, Utah.
