Robert Ferm named Co-Chair and Vice-Chair to Two ABA Section Committees

Robert Ferm was recently named Co-Chair to the ABA Business Law Section, Government Affairs Practice Committee. The Government Affairs Practice Committee is a professional committee for federal, state and provincial lobbyists and other government affairs practitioners, both in-house and in private practice.

Robert Ferm was also named Vice-Chair to the ABA TIPS Section Insurance Regulation Committee. The Insurance Regulation committee addresses issues involving all insurance regulatory matters at the state and federal level including Congressional oversight. The Committee coordinates closely with other TIPS committees, including the Life and Health, Employee Benefits, Excess and Surplus Lines and the Task Force for Federal Involvement in the Insurance Regulation and Modernization Committees.
