Mediators & Arbitrators

Gina Rossi, Christopher Bryan, Joseph Cavasinni, Lance Eberhart, Fred Simpson, and Steven Gonzales all serve as mediators in the Mediators & Arbitrators Practice Group. They are all trained and certified to direct and facilitate discussions aimed at assisting parties in reaching a mutually acceptable resolution of their dispute. Benton Barton and Joseph Cavasinni serve as arbitrators, and they are both longstanding members of the American Arbitration Association’s National Panel for construction and commercial disputes.
