Aaron D. Cuellar

Aaron Cuellar’s experience includes general litigation, workers’ compensation, tax law, and corporate governance. 

Mr. Cuellar earned his JD from Gonzaga School of Law, an MBA from Gonzaga School of Business, and a BA in Political Science from Saint Mary’s College of California.  While in law school, Mr. Cuellar clerked for the Honorable Chief Judge Stanley A. Bastian with the Eastern District Court of Washington, was a legal intern for a credit union, and clerked for the Gonzaga Law Low-Income Tax Clinic. He received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Corporate Social Responsibility and was a recipient of the Dean’s Excellence Award Scholarship and a merit scholarship.  Mr. Cuellar is admitted in all courts in the State of Nevada. He is also certified to represent clients before the Internal Revenue Service.

Catherine A. Freeman

Catherine Freeman represents businesses, public entities, and professionals in complex business litigation, employment, professional liability, and insurance defense cases.

Born and raised in Idaho, Ms. Freeman recently moved to Montana after practicing law in Idaho for the last decade. Before joining Hall & Evans, she focused on civil insurance defense at a small firm in Boise, Idaho. Prior to that, she worked as in house counsel for Ada County in the Civil Division of the Ada County Prosecutor’s Office in Boise, Idaho where she represented elected officials and their employees in employment, professional liability, tort, appeals, and other cases.

In 2022, Ms. Freeman received a Service Award from the Idaho State Bar and was named Accomplished Under 40 by the Idaho Business Review. The Idaho State Bar also named her Outstanding Young Lawyer in 2018. She is an active member of several professional organizations.

Nadia H. Patrick

Member

Nadia Patrick is a trial lawyer with experience in litigating complex cases at the state and federal levels. She focuses her practice on civil litigation with an emphasis in catastrophic casualty, transportation law (including trucking and railroad defense), employment law, and toxic tort defense. Her unique experience allows her to help employers navigate workplace accidents, regulatory inspections, personal liability investigations, and crisis management and prevention. Nadia represents Fortune 500 companies in the transportation and medical sectors, and has significant experience representing insurance clients in high-value personal injury cases.

Nadia began her career litigating cases on behalf of the U.S. Department of Labor and was able to hone her skills as a litigator by trying numerous cases on behalf of the Secretary of Labor. She went on to work for the Colorado Office of the Attorney General, where she represented the Marijuana Enforcement Division (MED) and assisted with drafting some of the first retail marijuana regulations in the nation.

Erin E. Snow

Counsel

Erin Snow focuses on Colorado’s government affairs and regulatory issues important to her clients.  With over a decade of legislative experience, Ms. Snow provides counsel to a wide variety of businesses, nonprofits, and insurers before the Colorado General Assembly and the Division of Insurance.

Before joining Hall & Evans, Ms. Snow was an elected leadership development coach and education policy program leader for a non-profit supporting a national network of civic leaders to end educational inequity.  Previously, she served as Legislative Counsel for U.S. Representative Beto O’Rourke, where she advised on veterans’ affairs, education, voting rights, campaign finance, and immigration.  As Staff Director for the U.S. House of Representatives Veterans’ Affairs Economic Opportunity Subcommittee, she drafted and managed legislative priorities at the federal level and oversaw VA and Department of Labor programs. Locally, Ms. Snow served as Policy Director for a former Colorado Senator and congressional candidate, a Consultant for the Colorado Department of Education & Donnell-Kay Foundation, and a Legal Fellow for a Colorado Senator. Before going to law school, she taught 7th grade English in Los Angeles, California as a Teach For America corps member.
