Several Hall & Evans Construction & Design Practice Group attorneys have lent their time, skills, and considerable experience to the 2018 Supplement of The Practitioner’s Guide to Colorado Construction Law.
First published in 2000, The Guide is the most comprehensive and complete treatment of Colorado construction law ever compiled. The Guide has grown in size as well as reputation based upon the ever-increasing breadth of construction law in Colorado and the demonstrated expertise of the individual chapter authors. This year marks the seventh update to The Guide, but the first with contributions from some of our Construction & Design Practice Group attorneys. More specifically, Matthew J. Ninneman, Clinton L. Coberly, and Kevin D. Poyner updated and revised The Guide’s chapter on “The Construction Process and Parties,” while Chloe Mickel and Brian P. Molzahn tackled and substantially expanded The Guide’s extensive chapter on “Architect/Engineer Liability.”
Each of our Construction & Design Practice Group attorneys spent countless hours researching, writing, and revising in order to ensure that their chapters were as state-of-the-art as possible. Not surprisingly, all have been asked to continue their participation with The Guide in the years to come.
