Ninneman discusses that even with setbacks from the pandemic, he believes Colorado will continue to see an upward trajectory of construction projects. Ninneman appreciates being able to focus on providing outside counsel for contractors and design professionals, addressing construction risk issues, and backend litigation work if needed. Ninneman explains, “The pandemic created a lot of risk delays, but contractual deadlines remained, and disputes continue to be brought to the table.”
Ninneman goes on to state that he enjoys the complexity of issues in the area of construction law. “We get to touch on so many issues from breach of contract, professional liability, property damage, scheduling delay type issues, personal injury and consumer fraud. If there is an issue in the law, it likely arises in the construction industry.”
