Matthew Ninneman will be speaking at the Housing Colorado NOW! Annual Conference in Vail, Colorado on October 12th, as a part of a panel presenting “Construction Administration 101.” The NOW! Annual Conference is Housing Colorado’s signature event that gathers affordable housing professionals from across Colorado and the United States. This year the conference will discuss the role of housing in creating long-term stability and how we can continue to provide impactful solutions in changing times. The session is designed for directors, procurement officers, project managers, and others who would benefit from a basic understanding of construction principles, including differences between typical construction contracts, how general condition costs manage a project, the purpose of ASIs and RFIs, and other specifics about construction.
