Matthew Ninneman will be speaking at the American Bar Association’s Forum on Construction Law’s Fall Meeting in Pittsburg, Pennsylvania on October 24, 2024. Matthew’s panel, “Leave it to the Professionals: Why Construction Administration Services Should Not Be Optional,” will discuss the best practices for architects and engineers when administering a construction contract. The panel will share experiences and checks and balances employed by designers to maximize project efficiency and minimize claims from the owner and construction teams. The two-day Fall Meeting, “The Built Environment: Drawing on Design,” will cover transactional and litigation practices and how age-old design issues can be solved with new-age techniques and approaches.
