Lance Eberhart is presenting as a panelist for the Faculty of Federal Advocates’ (FFA) virtual program titled “New To Federal Practice: What You Need to Know” on Thursday, April 29th, 2021, from 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM MDT.
The three-hour CLE program is designed for attorneys who have been admitted to the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado for less than five years or attorneys of any experience level who are new to federal practice. Topics covered will include tips and advice on practicing in the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Colorado, as well as an overview of the Federal Limited Appearance Program (FLAP). Participating presenters will include U.S. District Court Judge Christine Arguello, Magistrate Judge Kathleen Tafoya, Magistrate Judge Scott Varholak, Clerk of the Court Jeffrey Colwell, Legal Officer Ed Butler, Magistrate Judge Kato Crews, and experienced practitioners.
