Joseph E. Cavasinni
We are pleased to announce that Joseph E. Cavasinni has joined Hall & Evans, LLC as Special Counsel.
Mr. Cavasinni brings over twenty-four years of construction litigation experience to our Denver office. In addition, he has an undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering and eight years of practical work experience in the road and bridge construction industry. Mr. Cavasinni represents owners, design professionals, contractors/subcontractors, and developers in a variety of complex, highly technical matters in state and federal courts and binding arbitration forums. Mr. Cavasinni also advises his clients on risk management, contract negotiation and drafting, and dispute resolution. He is on the American Arbitration Association’s National Panel of Arbitrators for construction disputes and has served as the Arbitrator on numerous complex construction matters. Mr. Cavasinni recently relocated to Colorado after practicing in Ohio, where he was Chair of his former firm’s Construction Design and Liability Practice Group.
