Jill Gerdrum recently moderated a panel for the 2023 ATA Litigation Center’s Trucking Legal Forum. The American Trucking Associations’ four-day forum was held in La Jolla, California.
Jill’s panel titled, “Navigating the Data Highway: From Privacy to Claims Defense,” explored the data revolution shaping the transportation industry. Jill, along with accident reconstructionist, Olivia Normand, Integra Forensics, Seth Jewell, Staff Director, Legal at FedEx, and Angela Clark, Vice-President of Risk Management, PAM Transport, Inc., discussed how they drive modern vehicle data to protect the transportation industry. The panel spoke on advancements in company and passenger vehicle data, driver privacy, and preservation, collection, and production of data.
