Jaclyn Laferriere will be presenting at the National Business Institute’s Colorado Civil Trial Skills live online CLE seminar on Monday, October 28th. The seminar will provide real-world insights on jury selection, evidence, cross examination, and other topics. Jaclyn’s session “Ethics for Trial Lawyers,” will discuss ethical duties toward the tribunal, evidence, improper arguments, communicating with witnesses, and ex parte communications. She will also dive in to juror investigation, contact, bias in jury selection, and jury tampering. The CLE is approved by Colorado for 7.0 general/1.2 ethics credits.
