Jack Peters will speak at the Colorado Bar Association’s 6th Annual Litigators’ Summit in Denver, Colorado, on Thursday, November 16, 2023. The all-day continuing legal education seminar will feature wisdom from leading litigators and Judges on expert witnesses, jury selection, effective storytelling, and more.
Jack will co-present with the Honorable Don Toussaint from the 18th Judicial District, for a presentation titled “Diverse Juries Reach Better Verdicts: How Litigators Can Create Diverse Jury Panels and Prevent Bias in Deliberations.” Their session will discuss the importance of diversity of juries, jury composition challenges, potential rule changes, and ethical and practical steps to address prejudice and bias.
