Gina Rossi and Theresa Vogel will be speaking at the Colorado Bar Association’s seminar titled, “Litigation Nuts & Bolts: How a Complaint Gets to Trial,” in Denver, Colorado on Friday, May 24, 2019. The all-day continuing legal education seminar will focus on the foundational knowledge critical to handling a litigation case from start to finish. Ms. Rossi’s presentation will discuss how to take depositions and strategies for the effective use of depositions in litigation. Ms. Vogel’s presentation will identify and evaluate various legal arguments and strategies for motions to preclude expert testimony. Hall & Evans’ Associate, Tanya Sevy, also participated on the planning committee for the seminar.
