Denver Office Welcomes Three New Attorneys

We are pleased to announce that Tiffany E. Alberty, Alexandria L. Bell, and Joshua A. Sommers have joined the Denver, Colorado office of Hall & Evans, LLC as Associates.

Ms. Alberty’s practice is focused on civil litigation, administrative and regulatory law, and estate matters.  She is experienced with cases involving contract disputes, medical malpractice, mental health, and long-term care.  In the estate and probate arena, she handles decedent estates, guardianships, family settlement agreements, estate claims, and residential allocation and deeds.

Ms. Bell defends claims against public entities, public officials, and various governing boards related to both tort and constitutional claims in federal and state courts. She also has extensive experience representing businesses and individuals in commercial disputes, including protection of intellectual property, construction defect, product liability, and medical malpractice matters. 

Mr. Sommers concentrates his practice on civil litigation matters involving transportation, products liability, and premises liability, with an emphasis on defending retailers, restaurants, and hospitality industry clientele. He regularly protects the interests of large and small businesses, manufacturers, insurers, and retailers, in state and federal courts across Colorado and Nevada.
