Brian D. Kennedy
We are pleased to announce that Brian D. Kennedy has joined Hall & Evans, LLC as Special Counsel in our Denver, Colorado office.
Mr. Kennedy’s practice is centered on transportation law, insurance coverage, and insurance defense. Mr. Kennedy represents individuals, trucking, and transportation companies involved with accidents, general negligence, and intersection and highway design claims. His insurance practice involves bad faith insurance defense, general insurance defense litigation, and coverage matters.
Prior to joining Hall & Evans, Mr. Kennedy practiced civil defense for 16 years at a small Denver area firm. Before private practice, Mr. Kennedy served as a Deputy District Attorney with Colorado’s Fourth Judicial District Attorney’s office.
