Daniel Bristol, Ryan Winter, and Jacob Woods will present a webinar on Colorado’s premises liability landscape on Tuesday, August 27th at 11:00 am MDT. The webinar is hosted by the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance (CLM) and part of their State Specific Education. CLM is offering a series of one-hour training sessions for insurance professionals and their legal teams, focusing on unique standards and laws within each state. This webinar is also ideal for property owners, managers, and legal professionals.
The webinar titled, “Premises Liability Trends: Colorado,” will discuss the latest trends impacting liability on both commercial and residential properties, emerging legal precedents, and effective risk mitigation strategies. Other Hall & Evans’ attorneys will also participate in an upcoming session on Colorado professional liability trends on October 29th. These webinars are free to join and if you are a CLM member, you can also earn CE/CLE credit.
