Daniel Bristol and Lance Eberhart recently presented at the Colorado Motor Carriers Association’s 82nd Annual Convention in Vail, Colorado.

Daniel and Lance’s presentation, “How to Defuse Nuclear Verdicts,” focused on rising nuclear verdicts impacting the transportation industry. Topics included emerging trends, factors beyond control and what can be controlled, evolving jurors, reptile theory, and negligent hiring, supervision, and retention.
