Brooke Churchman and Kendra Garstka Present at ALFA International’s Future Leaders Seminar

Brooke Churchman and Kendra Garstka recently spoke at ALFA International’s Future Leaders Seminar in New Orleans, Louisiana. This two-day forum brought the next generation of leaders in ALFA International together to discuss leadership development, overcoming stereotypes in the workplace, effective succession planning, emerging legal topics, and litigation strategies.

Brooke moderated a panel titled, “Stand By Me: When Clients and Law Firms Stand Together to Support Meaningful Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.” Her panel discussed the strengths of clients and law firms jointly supporting Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion efforts.

Kendra spoke on a different panel titled, “Emerging Trends In and Around Workers’ Compensation.”  The discussion explored the current trends in workers’ compensation, especially in the context of the evolving work environment.
