Benton Barton will present “Ethics in Claims Handling: Overcoming Dilemmas & Avoiding Pitfalls” at the 13th Annual Rimkus Denver CE/CLE Seminar on Thursday, May 8. This year’s program will be held in-person at Comedy Works South in Greenwood Village, Colorado.

The free seminar is hosted by Rimkus, an international engineering and technical consulting company with experts specializing in forensic consulting, construction dispute resolution, solutions for the built environment, and product development support for the consumer, industrial, and healthcare industries.

The continuing education program is designed for commercial and personal line adjusters, SIU professionals, subrogation adjusters, and attorneys. Benton’s session will explore real-world ethical dilemmas in claims handling and offer strategies for navigating tough decisions with integrity and confidence.
