Jennifer Sanders is a litigator with experience in civil and criminal matters. Her current practice is focused on insurance defense and medical malpractice, representing healthcare professionals and medical facilities.  She has an impressive record at trial, having completed hundreds of bench trials and more than half a dozen jury trials.  Ms. Sanders has over two decades of experience mediating and settling cases, acting as an arbitrator, and participating in arbitrations, including multimillion-dollar securities and commercial contract arbitration/litigation.

Ms. Sanders previously served as an Assistant Attorney General in Arizona, handling complex civil rights matters and defending the state of Arizona’s employees, contractors, and agencies.  Ms. Sanders was the managing partner of a small firm in Tucson, Arizona. Her practice included family, juvenile delinquency and dependency, mental health, and probate matters.
