Valerie Garcia, Stephanie Montague, and Theresa Vogel Presenting CLM Webinar on Coverage Issues in Colorado

Valerie Garcia, Stephanie Montague, and Theresa Vogel will present a webinar on issues critical to handling CGL claims in Colorado on Tuesday, June 18th at 11:00 am MDT. The webinar is hosted by the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance (CLM) and part of their State Specific Education. CLM is offering a series of one-hour training sessions for insurance professionals and their legal teams, focusing on unique standards and laws within each state.

The webinar titled, “Coverage Issues Arising out of CGL Policies,” will discuss obligations for resolving claims under CGL policies, issues arising from endorsements, reservation of rights and coverage defenses, and the importance of understanding coverage exclusions.

Other Hall & Evans’ attorneys will also participate in upcoming sessions on Colorado Premises Liability and Professional Liability trends. These webinars are free to join and if you are a CLM member, you can also earn CE/CLE credit.
