Meghan Sheridan Presenting at The National Ski Areas Association’s Downhill Bike Park Summit

Meghan Sheridan will be presenting as a panelist at the National Ski Areas Association’s 2022 Downhill Bike Park Summit on June 16th in Deer Valley Resort, Utah. She is also attending as a representative of the Association of Ski Defense Attorneys.

Meghan’s session, “The Legal Landscape of Bike Parks,” will focus on the upcoming implications of recent cases and the challenges these present for bike parks of all sizes. Meghan, along with other legal experts and insurance professionals, will discuss how resorts/operators can proactively address the inherent risks of bike parks and successfully investigate and defend claims.

Meghan will also be assisting in Summer Incident Investigation sessions in-doors and on-hill, to assist resorts and bike park operators from a legal standpoint, in gathering/documenting the necessary information if an accident occurs.
