Frank H. Ingham
We are pleased to announce that Frank H. Ingham has joined Hall & Evans, LLC as Special Counsel.
Mr. Ingham is an experienced trial attorney who litigates complex commercial and residential construction disputes in state and federal court and arbitration, representing developers, design professionals, and contractors. Mr. Ingham litigates matters involving professional liability, premises liability, and general casualty, defending residential and commercial property owners from personal injury claims. Before joining Hall & Evans, Mr. Ingham practiced in the same capacity for nine years at two insurance defense firms in Denver. From 2007 to 2012, he served as a criminal prosecutor for the Denver City Attorney’s Office, prosecuting over 200 jury and bench trials involving domestic violence, assault, and other criminal matters.
