Lance Eberhart will be presenting as a panelist for the ALFA International webinar titled “Have You Noticed The Increase In Mild Traumatic Brain Injury?” on Wednesday, June 24th, 2020, from 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM MDT.
The interactive webinar will explore best practices for defending mild traumatic brain injury (mTBI) cases and tactics that plaintiff’s lawyers are using by discussing developments related to the field of mTBI. Topics will include interpretation of neuropsychological testing and identification of peer-reviewed neuropsychological studies that can aid in defeating or minimizing these cases. The panel will be led by Dr. Gibson, owner, and president of MedPsych Consulting LLC, a private practice specializing in behavioral medicine and neuropsychological consultation, who will identify that the many symptoms complained of by mTBI plaintiffs are the same as seen in the general population who never suffered a mTBI.
