Matt Plimpton

Matt Plimpton has more than 19 years of experience as a litigation paralegal.  His focus is in the areas of transportation, product liability, and professional liability insurance defense.  Mr. Plimpton assists with all phases of litigation and has extensive trial preparation experience. 

Mr. Plimpton is responsible for document retention, analysis, and production, drafting disclosures, written discovery requests, and responses and other pleadings, and preparing deposition, medical, and employment record summaries and timelines.  He also coordinates with experts and facilitates trial preparation by creating trial notebooks, subpoenas, witness and exhibit lists, exhibits, juror questionnaires, and performs witness research.
