Paralegal
Michael is a paralegal in our transportation practice group focusing on railroad asbestos litigation. Michael is also well versed in the areas of construction defect, civil rights, personal injury, and employment law. Michael’s litigation experience includes legal research, drafting of documents, all phases of discovery, and trial preparation.

Professional Experience
Prior to his career as a paralegal, Michael was a reporter and editor for 22 years at various newspapers in western Washington and on Colorado’s Western Slope. As a paralegal, he has worked for the civil rights law firm Kilmer, Lane & Newman, as well as Jester, Gibson & Moore, and Gifford Stevens.
Other Activities
Michael enjoys hiking and climbing Colorado 13ers and 14ers with his mountain dog as well as writing, reading, and learning to cook.
